Q1. Do you ship internationally?

A1. Yes, we do ship to international locations. Express and Airmail shipping methods are available for international shipping.

Q2. Do you offer any guarantee on the products? Is there any difference with the picture?

A2. We cannot guarantee the performance of a product due to the nature of their use, however if an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, on arrival we will of course offer to replace it or issue a full refund. In order to ensure the consistence between real products and pictures, the website displayed pictures are real product photography,  product brightness, color slightly different.

Q3. Can I get my product in our special colors?

A3. Yes! We're happy to make any product in special colors at NO extra charge.

Q4. Are all the products shown in your range in stock?

A4. Because we have such a large range of costumes, it is impossible to have all characters in stock. If you require a good for a specific date, we suggest you contact us first to check the delivery times.

Q6. I've been down one order, but I forgot to set some things, and I also wish to add something, what shall I do?

A6. You can contact our customer service within 24 hours after you ordered, and modify the order.

Q7. Before a product price decreasing, I have bought some, and the price is higher than it on the internat, I wonder if you can return the difference to me?

A7. Companies offer products with the cost of raw materials or changes in market supply and demand, price cuts or price increases can sometimes be the case. So we make it a rule that the product price is the price when our clients make the order.

Q8. If I would like to modify an existing product or create a new design, what should I do?

A8. You need to provide us with the following details:

Our original product number or a clear image of your new design (photograph or drawing) Detailed color scheme description using PANTONE formula guide.

The detailed description of materials you want to use.

Q9. I have a question that wasn't answered in this FAQ, how can I do?

Q10. How many discounts can you offer?

A10.  It depends on the quantity you orders and whether you have ordered products from us before. Also, the choice of transportation type is related. Who pay for the transportation fee and who bear the insurance and the risk are the decided factors.

Q11. How is the after-sales service?

A11. Rensino's sales reps or customer service staffs are always here when you need us. Your purchase can be reproduced and refunded if there are serious quality problems.

Q12. What should I do if there are products missing from the delivery?

A12. We check and double check orders when dispatching to minimize the chance of this happening. In the unlikely event that you have something missing, please notify us preferably on the same day of delivery but in any event no later than 3 days after delivery has been made. We will then look into how and when your order was dispatched and replace the missing product if found to be at fault.

Q13.What is the difference between acrylic and polycarbonate?

A13. The plastics manufacturer we work says that acrylic is more weatherable than polycarbonate, is slightly more scratch resistant, and is more economical than polycarbonate. Polycarbonate has greater impact resistance than acrylic, and is more expensive.

Q16. Why high quality FRP sheets do not brittle?

A16. A high quality FRP sheets not only requires good quality anti UV film and resin systems, solidify degree also pay an important role in obtaining the best FRP. In clinical test, Resino FRP sheets obtains an outstanding 99% of solidify degree. Thus, the flexural strength and the exceptional structure of fiberglass had enabled our products to withstand the harshest UV ray, water moisture and corrosion. Q17. What is the reaction of FRP sheets in various temperature conditions?

A17. The heat distortion temperature of FRP sheets is between 180°C ~ 200°C, Rensino FRP sheets functions normally within the desire temperature. In any situation where the temperature is not within the range, FRP sheets are still able to perform, but this will reduce the overall lifetime of the products.

A temperature raise in FRP sheets will not transforms the outlook before it reach 150°C. The FRP sheets will only begin to soften and melt when the temperature reach 170°C and beyond.

When the temperature reaches 200°C, colour change and small bubble can be noticed on the FRP sheets. From 400°C onwards, the resin film will start to change to a brownish colour and will eventually turn to black when it reaches 600°C. Any further will fully oxidize the FRP sheets and turns to ashes.

FRP sheets is consider as a flammable material, normal smoke temperature in a fire will not caused any harm to it. If the fire source is near the FRP sheets, it will become flammable and burn swiftly to release smoke trapped in the building.

Anti-flammable FRP sheets will yield the same result as the general FRP grade when it is not directly being burn, but it will turn yellowish more quickly.

Q18. Why use flammable FRP sheets?

A18. In the event of a fire, poisonous smoke is often more deadly than the fire itself. FRP sheets will burn quickly when in contact of fire; the hole made by the burn out FRP sheets will act as a smoke extraction to release the poisonous smoke and save lives within the building. To compliment the safety measure, FRP sheets is solidified so that there will be no dripping from a burning FRP sheet.
